1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping (India):
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- FREE SHIPPING available for all Prepaid Orders.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹80 will be applied to COD Orders.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before placing the order.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp to monitor the delivery progress.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
5. Delivery Issues

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Printed books are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
7. Delivery Address
- Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
